Senseit is an innovative IOT solution that measures, reports, and forecasts pedestrian and commuter activity within a defined area. Senseit works by detecting, encrypting, and aggregating the signals emitted by Bluetooth devices such as phones, wearables and vehicles and reporting data in a configurable dashboard.
Analysing pedestrians and commuter behaviour means that councils and other organisations can deploy assets, utilise infrastructure and plan events more efficiently. Quite simply, Senseit gives you the data to make better decisions.
The SenseIT temporary tracking unit is easy to setup and has 8 - 10 hours of battery life. This is a great solution for those events that just pop up and require monitoring. Or for areas where there is no solar to charge the regular SenseIT unit.
The SenseIT team is based in Christchurch and use local partners to deliver this solution including Opito for hardware, Spark for the network and Webtools/Parallel 42 to build, host and support our software platform.
